I need help figuring out who this toys name is. You put the little doll inside the flower. Then turn the doll to wind it up and then close the flower. Then you push the lever down and the doll pops out. When she lands on the floor she spins because the bottom of the doll is like a spin top. She is marked 1997 The Lanard Toy Inc. Made In China.

I couldn't find any pictures, but I did find a trademark for a toy by Lanard called Twirl-A-Rina.
It had a description similar to the toy you posted so maybe that's it. hope this helps!

Hi it may have a number on it but I didn't know what the number was for. Thank you for the information. I will post the number when I get home. This sounds like it might be her. The number it has on it is 2107CA. I don't know what that's for.
