Title: Small In my Pocket type baby animal toys

My cousins twin girls were showing me these small  baby animal toys they have. They are absolutely adorable, the girls didn't know what they were called I can't seem to find them I hope someone can help I don't have a pic so Ill try to describe them:

they are small about the size of In My Pocket toys (possibly are but I didn't see any that looked like them)

I think they were flocked but I can't remember for sure

They came with little plastic bottles attached with I think a ribbon

the one the girls had were Jungle or Zoo animals

Did they also have little diapers on in various colors?    ???

I don't remember they might have had little diapers I also forgot to say they're newer toys from the last few years or so

Oh, then they can't be what I was thinking off as those are from in the 80's.  Good luck with the search further then  ;)
