Title: [ID: Nature's Nursery by Toy Biz] Seeds that grow in gel on a necklace?

I don't have a picture because I don't have them anymore, but does anyone remember something like this?  The item in question is from the early to mid '90s.  There was a necklace (I'm not sure if it came in any other form, but mine was definitely a necklace) which was clear with I want to say maybe a face on the front?  You filled it with a type of gel and planted seeds down inside the gel, and it was supposed to grow a flower, although I don't think mine ever worked.
