Title: doll house figures

Does anyone know these are, they are unmarked and made of solid, unbend-able plastic....

they look similar to Matchbox mystery figures from the 90's.
They were hidden in the bottom of the boxes cars were sold in.

Thanks you...I've tried googling to see if I can find them but no luck. Do you know more info of have a picture by chance?
