Gemma emailed me this toy image:

"Hi, I can't find this toy anywhere... there's no marks suggesting any make or anything. She is 7 inches long and 4 inches high. Her middle is a ring where a doll could fit in to float. Maybe someone could help please. She is quite strange!"

Its in the commercial. Still not sure how it was released but at least we know its part of that line.

Ghost also needs to adjust the date/category. They're from the early 2000s - around 2002/2003. You can tell that by the packaging and Hasbro logo as well.
