I've seen pictures of these thing MOC, but can't remember what they were called.
They were packaged with machine/animal chariot things.

Was looking for He-Man knock-offs and weirdest action figures last year, and they were amongst the stranger things that showed up in an image search.

Had another look, but can't find the images.
