Title: Plastic cake/castle toys, possibly Mcdonalds Japan?

I found this picture on Sumally like years ago and the title has mcdonalds in it so I'm assuming it's a group of mcdonald's toys? But when I searched for it I couldn't find anything. I'm wondering if anyone knows from where and when these are, or maybe the name of the collection? Anything helps

You are correct. With some searching I found these were some toys offered in McDonalds Japan in 2012. They are from the brand Mezzo Piano (http://mezzopiano.narumiya-online.jp/)!
