Title: Who is that pink guy?
Post by: Chiisette on Tuesday 23 January 2018, 07:38 pm: Hello, do you know this toy an knows how it or the series called who the manfacturer is, can send me a better photo of it or knows figures similar to that? I lost it in my childhood and now im searching for it and hope to find them again. Btw. sry for my bad english im German :-P

I would have classified it rather in the category "Glowing Friends" or "Playful Pets". I think I remember that it was glow in the dark. But I can not find anything there. As a kid, I always thought it was an animal, because it had ground paw pads on its feet. Thank you for your help. :-)

I am searching too the origins of that monkey. I will make a better picture because I have one at home.
We are several toys collectors in France to have one and asking where it come from too ? They all have been found in flea markets.

The sweet guy was my lucky charm when I had my second heart op at four, unfortunately he lost on the drive home. Since then I have never found such a figure again. Over the years, I have somehow forgotten what it looked like and had hoped to find pictures on the Internet, but that was harder than expected. Therefore many, many thanks, for the photos that is a long search to end! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I thought the same thing Dludnerad, Chi Chai Monchan was about the closest in appearance that I could find.

But I do not think it's Chi Chai Monchan even if they are really similar. Chi Chai Monchan's debut was in 2004, the pink guy I had in 1991 already. If so, it would have to be a very early version of it.
