Title: Any idea who this Barbie horse is? {ID'd ;; Brushable Beauties Sunflower}

I came across this Barbie horse, and I can't seem to find any information about her. Can you guys help me out?

She's marked Mattel inside her leg, and is dated 1999 (or possibly 1989, can't see it super clearly). I've tried several different Google searches, and while I've found a handful of pictures of lots and stuff that include her, I can't find anything as far as her name or what set she might go to.

Could it be from the series 'Brushable Beauties'? (year 2000 according to this website:)

Thank you! It looks like she is "Sunflower" from that series.
