Hi, I just remembered something today and I can picture it in my mind but having a hard time remembering the name. I have no clue actually. And I am also having a hard time explaining what it is. But here we go.
It was a set of 3 sticks. One large fancy one and two smaller identical ones. The purpose of the game was to use the 2 identical sticks to bounce the large stick back and forth in the air. You could do cool tricks but it required a lot of practice. But was also super fun!
This was definetly mid 90's
Any ideas?

Here's a video of what you're talking about. I imagine they might *still* make them. I think I saw some on eBay by Trix Stix by I don't know if that is the old brand from the 90s.
I saw mention somewhere of Devil Stix and Flower Stix? It's basically a type of juggling.

Hey, I THINK I remember what you're talking about, but I have no idea. :( The only clue I can give, is that a toy that might have come around the same time was from a Discovery Zone/Discovery Kids store or something. They were kinda the same genre. My brother had a metal ring, about a foot in diameter, with about 5 colored rings on it. You hit the rings in one direction and turn the big ring toward you. If that makes any sense.. xD
If you're interested, I'll take a piccy.

They may have increased in popularity in the 90s, but they aren't a new thing. :-P

Hi Zuse, that was fast. :) Definetly the same type of toy! And they definetly sell those for adults still. But anyone seen any info/packaging/pictures of the 90's one marketed for children? I think that would bring back a lot of memories.
Hey Em, I don't remember the brand name being Discovery Kids but I'd still love to see a pic. But only if it's not too much trouble. Thanks!

Anyone have any idea/pictures of the child version of this toy from the 90's?
-
ha! I remember this. someone bet me I couldn't fit through it when I was really little -got it over my waist (barely) and slipped my shoulder out getting it the rest of the way. The idiotic things we do as kids. :P

Anyone remember this toy? Got any pictures of it?

Those are definetly the basic idea. Still looking for a name and possible picture of packaging of the ones for kids in the mid 90's. :)

I saw a mention in a 1991 Disney Adventures magazine of Haikichi Sticks:
