Title: Plastic figure 1984 - what is it???

Can you help identify? This swirly little monster thing is a few inches high  I thought it was a my little pony, care bear friend somethign like that but I can't find anything online like it Text on the bottom of the toy is

It's a bushwoolie from mlp thi one is named friendly.
