Title: Help me identify random doll outfits?

So I was digging through bins in the attic in hopes of finding my Sweet Scents doll clothes.  I don't think any of these are it.   :'(  I know most of these look like generic stuff but I'd really love to know what dolls they belonged to!

Shoe is about 1 1/2" long and 1" wide.

The red shirt in the 1st row looks like it came from the little girl in the Heart Family Kiss and Cuddle set.  Not positive, but that's what I first thought of when I saw it.

Oh thanks!  That's definitely a possibility.  I have a doll that looks like the "little sister" somewhere.

i have seen the dress with the multi colored hearts but i do not remember what it goes to sorry.  :'(
