Title: Figures Clip Together To Make Jewellery?

Hi all
This morning I got a box of mini baby figures, they can clip together and they have these plastic tubes that you can attach to make bracelets?
I tried to look online and found something similar called Mini Playmates Snap On Jewellery but these are all girl figures. The ones I have are babies.

Someone is selling these babies on eBay, and in the description this person mentions that it's very hard to find information about them, he/she thinks they're from the seventies:

Thank you so much!! That is them. The lady I bought them from did say what they were and I've completely forgot. I searched 2 hours every way I could think but nothing comes up. I guess I'll hold onto them until I see her again.

They are Mini Babies by Ideal, circa 1998 :)
