He's one of the small glow-in-the-dark editions. There are a few sold eBay listings ranging between £10-£40 of the more common designs. I've not seen a long-tongued Splat (its UK/Euro name) as glow-in-the-dark, so it is certainly rarer (there was also a standard-length tongue version made as glow-in-the-dark).
