Title: [ID: Sweet Treats] Banana Split Jump rope girl Anna Banana?

Hi!
 I just got back from thrifting and I picked up this cut lil doll. I doubt she's vintage but she It only says china on her neck and I can't find any tags. She has a plastic head with bright yellow hair that is or was in pigtails and a hot pink headband? . She's wearing a yellow sweatsuit and it has a sparkly banana split image on it she's also holding a jumprope.
Anyone know who she is?

Boy do I feel Like a doof. I just looked under her shirt on her back again and saw the tag. How the heck did I miss it before??? Anyway she's a Sweet Treat Doll from 1988 made by Matchbox cool!
