Title: Is this a doll made with CMM Doll mold?

I found this doll on ebay on my search for CMM stuff.  She's made by Mattel and looks like CMM, but is not.  What doll is she?

To me that looks like a Kelly doll.

I think you right!  I don't know why I thought it was like CMM!  LOL!
