Title: [ID: Pony and Twins] Is this Dora's horse?

I picked up a little white horse today. With a molded on party hat. Its 2006 Mattel and 2006 Viacom. It looks to me like maybe a Dora horse. Am I right?

That's not it, but I found it now. It came from a pack called Pony and Twins. Thanks for trying though.
