That isn't my auction but the house in question is what I need to identify.  I had it as a kid and came across it by accident.  The seller says Barbie, but it's obviously not barbie.  Anyone know?

Hmm, I have had this house since I was smaller too... can't remember/ don't know what it was called though.  It's not very well made (it snaps into place and falls apart easily).  I also have some similar ones.

they say its blue box, so that's probably exactly what it is, blue box is the brand that walmart sells in their knock off/ cheap toy isles. They used to make some pretty cute polly pocket knock offs.

I have no idea what the house your talking about looks like since the link is old. But if it's similar to the actual barbie house that pops up at the top now when you click on the link, could it be the "oh jenny" house? We have the oh jenny stuff in our basement and it looks similar to that.
