Could anyone tell me if this is a Polly Pocket item?

The little girl does look like Polly....?????

It's actually an earring and I think it's pretty cute. I got it for 10p at a car boot sale and I'd love to have more info on it!

Those are insanely cute and I would totally wear them if I owned them.

i think this came with a set but i am not certain and i think they were others too.
