Title: [ID: Barbie Collector Pivotal Mod] Do you know what body this is?

So I found this hybrid doll on ebay. She's gorgeous, but that shipping price?  No thanks. I'm pretty sure the Head belongs to Bella from the Mattel Twilight dolls, but does anyone have any idea who the body is from?

The only feature I can see that might help figure it out it the pink ring.

I think its one of the new Barbie Basics Dolls.

The body is from one of the Barbie Collector Mod dolls--they have the pivotal body and the same ring and bracelets.
