Title: [ID: Precious Playmates] doll id

not sure where to post this so i'll try here....

I have had one of these dolls since i was about 4, this one is not in original clothes.
mine came in a white nightgown, and a pink blanket.  any one know what it's called???

Does it have any markings?  Maybe stamped on the back of its head?

no markings on the doll. the tage is mostly faded what I can read it says __toys limited made in hong kong
