I just bought five more action figures from amazon .com so what did you just buy ? I will have to stop at some point  . I am running  out of room on my book cases.  ::)

I stopped by a thrift store today and found a Sailor Moon purse from Japan. It's strange, I have actually found a few Japanese Sailor Moon items at this particular thrift store over the years. And I also found a Treat Heart Care Bear Cousin ceramic figure. ^-^ I bought him with plans to sell because I'm sure someone wants it, but I might be getting a attached. He's cute!

I haven't found anything all too great lately.  I had never ever found anything from Sailor Moon at a thrift store in my entire life until this year: two dolls, bought only one.  I wish I could find more.  :<  Maybe everyone just lists them on eBay?

hm. I dunno. Maybe. Or maybe you just have bad Sailor Moon luck. I'm obsessed with Sailor Moon so when I saw this bag I made lots of weird noises like "aaaaaahuuuuahaaaaa" XD It was embarrassing.

I bought some G3 ponies (as well as three fakie ponies) at a garage sale a few days ago.  I plan on using the MLPs for future customs, except for Royal Beauty (one of the store exclusive ponies that came as a bonus with Crystal Rainbow Castle at Walmart).   Figure I will resell that one some time in the future, since I already have her.

Anywho - I got 5 she ra dolls, a cookie monster and elmo (for my son), 2 bags full of g3 ponies and accessories, a peek a boo petite barbie, couple of g1 ponies and lots of stuff for customs!

Had a blast at church and yard sales to day here is my hull for around 12 dollars: will post photos latter

1. a bag of  barn yard comados one ram , three sheep, and one pig. It also had some weapons but I have no idea who has what and who I am missing plus five fast food toys for this only one has the side parts

2. fake MLP baby by tara toys she is standing up has pink hair a blue diaper , and white shoes if you need her pm me

3. Some weird white dino from MCD's

4. a sweetie pup needs a bath and her hair combed she is going in the sell / trade pile after I clean her you should see the photo she is a mess

4. A care bear plush by Kenner of grumpy for 25 cents but needs a bath badly

5. Another Fun farm plush by Dakin her name is Pizazz  and she is a unicorn she is to cute and in great shape for just a buck

6. A ty beanie baby Mystic the unicorn fine mane but missing the hang tag the tush tag is white with black lettering I have no idea what gen she is She was five dollars 

7.  To make every Lisa Frank fan mad I found a Small duffel bag for 25 cents it need some cleaning if you would like to buy it let me know.

8.  A free alligator toy  he is neat looking was in a free box.

9.  A sign that says bus stop about an inch or two high I just had to have it.
That is all but i had a great time .

Got a box of toys I ordered yesterday. I got about five littlest pet shop pets, a he man battle cat it is skellators but is kind of deflocked a bit but I still like him, and a action figure for dark phoenix .

I will as soon as I get it :) I only won it last night so it'll take about 2 weeks to get here. No one else even bid so I paid US$59.94 with shipping and shipping cost a bit more than the doll - it worked out well because the AU dollar is high at the moment I only paid a couple of dollars more with the currency conversion.

I just got the lose packs of cards for x-men 1996 and opened the 1st pac and got card 75 that I needed and , got a check list too. I just need card #18  for this set . They came out in 1997 but have 1996 printed on them.

I just got card #18 and are buying newish toys to replace lost parts to my action figures . The bad news is that yesterday the Moc action figure I order came in. The toy is fine but the box it came in is ruined . It was left out in the sun who knows how long. Both the trading card in the package, the package its self, and the bubble are yellowed or faded beyond repair . I am mad I paid 9 dollars for this ! >:(  The card is warped the bubble is both yellow and broken but at least the toy is ok, and all the parts of there. I will post a photos as soon as I can . This is the reason why you can not leave boxes out in the song for years. Grrrr....... sorry about the rant guys .

The other two I got are also MOC but they are fine and I will remove the toys for display and keep the boxes away from the sun.

Found a purrtender sock-em for the duck one . I thought he was cute. More over priced toys I passed on a ghost busters Egon action figure no parts paint damage for four dollars , and a barbie from 1996 winter something or other MIB for 25.00 dollars other than that no toys today.

Found G1 MLP Party Time at Value Village on Saturday.  The pink part of her hair has faded (no surprise there) completely to white, but she has hardly any regrind (just a bit along her neckline).   I was amazed to find Party Time without a severe case of it!

Edit to add:  Ack, she is super nasty filthy on the inside!   YUCK!

I went to my first goodwill outlet on Thursday! :) I made my boyfriend drive about 1 hr 40 mins to go with me, but it was so fun!

I ended up with:

Can you tell I collect plush? This doesn't include the finds I had that same day!


Or the plush I managed to thrift earlier in the week!


So overall a good week thrifting! :) The best was definitely the GoodWill Outlet though because it was like a treasure hunt! I can't wait to go again.

I have been bitten by the Monster High bug and I was completely frustrated that I couldn't buy these dolls anywhere? Toys R us were out and saying they were recalled and that they weren't getting anymore. I decided to call a Walmart near by and ask, not hoping to find any. But they had exactly one of each box left and the lady was nice enough to hold them for me.

I got:

Lagoona Blue
Frankie Stein
Clawdeen Wolf
Cleo De Nile
Deuce Gordon
Gloom Beach: Draculaura, Jackson Jekyl, Clawdeen Wolf


Still Missing Draculaura, Goulia Yelps, Holt Hyde, Jackson Jekyl :( But One day.

Don't know whether they have made these dolls yet: Abbey Bominable, Spectra Vondergiest, Operetta



I won't be taking them out of their boxes because I have no desire to play with them and no real space to display them properly. They are absolutely gorgeous though!

Whoo hoo! I just found a Monster High doll at a goodwill today! Her legs were off, and she has a hole near the top of her fishnets but she was still in the box with all her stuff!
I already have her legs restrung and she's up on a shelf!

Not bad for $6!

I'm glad you finally found some!  I'm so envious.   ;D

After reading what you heard at TRU and all of the mixed opinions online I was a little scared.  I checked to see what the people at MLP Arena thought: http://www.mlparena.com/Forums/viewtopic/t=253527/start=285.html .  I am near the bottom named "EmBee".

Though I am not 100% certain I am leaning toward the employee you spoke with being incorrect.  Let's hope so - if not, and they were recalled for poor quality, I hope they get even better.

Hey Em, I think the employee was definetly wrong. However, I did discover something that may have been the reason why the dolls were removed from the shelf.

The 2-pack (Cleo De Nile and Deuce Gordon) box I got is in spanish. So far I visited two Zellers stores after buying my dolls and they all had only the 2-pack,  four or so of each and the boxes were all in spanish! Thinking maybe this happened with the other dolls at Toys R Us and maybe they sent the dolls back and haven't had them replaced?

I don't know.

I did call a Toys R Us (Different store then where the guy said the dolls were recalled), and they said that they are NOT going to get them again. These dolls are so hot, how can they not restock them? Do they not like sales??? LOL. The employee was probably wrong and I may send Toys R Us Canada and email just out of curiousity.

I can however say that I am able find and buy the 2 pack of dolls if anyone is interested. It is $39.99 while the singles I purchased were $19.99.

What's my Favorite doll: Frankie Stein! I Love her hair, tempted to get my hair done a similar way. Lol.

Oh....I also bought a super cute Monster High Bag. At $30 it was a unnessecary splurge but I loved it and it transforms between a two different purces, bag and backpack. Also, plenty of these left at a nearby store if anyone is interested. But no other merchandise at all.

- Charmkins Blossom and browned eyed susan on card
- Darlin' dinos snazzies all 4 on card
- mimi & the goo goos baby & teddy, baby and shoe, baby and cake on card
- mimi & the goo goos big playset complete in box
- Tinkle tots baby in yellow moon with lollipop, baby in purple moon with drinking bottle and 2 seperate baby's

All in great condition, so I'm very happy  :D

At the antiques mall I got a kenner care bear plush for brave heart lion today . He is in great shape with only a slight rub on the heart on his back side for about 6.50  I also paid about six dollars for a box of dinosaurs attack cards. The question is do I leave the box of 48 card packs alone or do I open  them ?

Today I found a Wuzzles board game, G1 SS Shady in near mint condition with factory curl..G3 Sweet September, G3.5 Pinkie Pie, a Pinkie Pie Snowcone machine, MOTU Merman with his harness, Charmkins Magic Garden pocket pops with Primrose Fairy and MOONDREAMERS GALAXIA! A very good day!

In the last couple of weeks I have also found a Sweet Secrets dangles (the mouse in a car made of cheese) some of those plastic bell charms on a chain, a vintage Love a Lot Care Bear, Grams bear's shawl and a jacket for a my child doll.

Went thrifting this weekend at the Goodwill outlet and a nice thrift shop nearby.
The thrift store was holding a 4 for 99 cents deal on the stuffed animals, so I went a bit crazy! Had some great finds though and got several new species! (I'd like to eventually have a stuffie representative for every species that has one...) And new characters from movies (same deal as the species) including a great Bruce from Finding Nemo, A super cute Rudolph plush and a pikachu that says her name!
At the goodwill outlet got some more stuffies, some barbies, Fawn from Tinkerbell's friends, some newer LPS, 1 G3 adult pony and a G3 baby pegasus pony, some Barbie Kellys and a Kidcore Kelly look a like!

(I also got some awesome Ice Cream String Lights, Purses, and  Dumbledore's Army tshirt)

In total I got 62 new plushies :x
It all cost me under $30!

That's really exciting Rider! Taking a toy out of the box is one of the great small joys in life!

I'm visiting my family for spring break and hit a few of the thrift stores around here while I'm back. I found quite a few good stuffies!
Highlights:
A nice douglas brown pelican (which is a new species for me)
A gund beaver (another new species)
A Walt Disneyland vintage thumper
Meeko from Pochahontas (new character) but he's missing his biscuit :( haha

Got several other cool finds as well! (And some super cute shoes...)

Nice I do not find much here anymore at thrift stores due to the new lead laws here. I do find a ton at the local flea market although but I will have to wait till spring.

Went to a huge yard sale at a church not a lot of toys although mostly toddler toys but a few other toys here and there found a cupcakes doll puzzle but passed on it sorry guys.

I did find a few toys and one cool non-toy item here they are.

well i went on another pony spree and got

1. whizzer twinkle eyed Pegasus pony
2. baby glory,moondancer, and surprise
3. powder the unicron
4. bluebell (flat footed one)

they came today and i was very very happy to see them  ;D  so little by little the herd is coming together and  i can take down some of the "have you seen me posters"  ;)

this Is my first time but the site is secured for credit cards but shipping takes 7-10 days and is a little on the high end but I have no idea how high the postal rates in Canada are. I will say I like the fact that they give you a tracking number for your order.

Thanks for the info!  I guess I will just have to try it, I feel like some of the pieces for sale are things i can't seem to find anywhere else and they are cheap so I guess a s&h mark up isn't so bad!

today at the flea market i bought a new LPS get well soon center that had 8 vintage LPS pets in it!  ;D  the new set is for sale/ trade i do not collect the new. Also i found a big weird fake MLP she is HUGE and in need of id !

well today i found a few fake MLP  including a fake magic meadow pony that someone customized ! they painted a vine with two grape bunches on ether side of her flank!  It is a very well done paint job i will say that i also found a fake buddy L, a fake tara and a weird one who is gonna be put on the id forum soon.

I just got my samurai battle armor battle cat from toy stable today. I will post pictures later the box is crushed on one of the corners but he is selling for 45-56 dollars on amazon.com I only paid about 15 dollars for him. The question now is should I leave him MIB or take him out for display ?

Nice find!!  I tend to take out of box b/c I personally enjoy them more that way and like for my things to be played with, whether by me :-), my step daughter or nieces and nephews!

Just the other day I had time to go into a thrift store and I found Wind Bell from Kenner's Shimmers line!

$2.99 in a baggie with a Bratz Butterfliez doll(without wings). Pretty good deal!

well thanks to a very nice person on the MLP arena or the MLPTP i now have a full set of UK baby school time ponies!  they are all in good shape and i am thrilled!  ;D

Just baught castle gray skull I had no idea how large this play set is i put my other play set next to it and the castle towers over it by a good six inches.

I recently bought 2 sets of moc fabulous hair friends, a puppy surprise mom with one puppy and a bunch of fairy winkles dolls to complete mine.
