Title: [ID: Lady Lovely Locks] Dragon

Ok, it's dragon, I know. Who is it? Is it fake? It says 198? T.C.F.C. but then the other foot says Mexico. Its hard to read because the imprint is no good, which makes me think its a fakie made from a real mold.

That explains it. I had no LLL toys growing up, except maybe a toy dish set with the same picture on each plate. I only recognize the pixietails by sight.
