Title: Was this toy sold in the US/UK?

The toy is called Mis Winky and it was an educational talking teddy bear that looks like Teddy ruxpin or spinoza. So far, I only have seen it in Polish. It looks familiar to me I am in U.K but it could of been something different.

I THINK it might use speacial cartriges to make it work..

YAY!! I found it on Amazon, it's called Winky the Talking bear. It's white in America, so it looks a bit less like a Teddy Ruxpin, but not by much.
