Hayley emailed me this image of two large dolls. They are from 1983, have plastic hands and faces, soft bodies and yarn hair. They are very similar to Ice Cream Dolls but have lollipop symbols on their clothes.
"One of my friends found the boy on eBay that said House of Lloyds Lollipop Kids but I can't find them anywhere!"

UPDATE!!!
Hayley has now been able to confirm that her friend was correct, they are indeed called Lollipop Kids and produced by House of Lloyds. They measure 22 inches high.
