Kristen emailed me this toy description:
"I have a question regarding the ID of a series of toys. They were gem shaped containers that came with 'rocks'. They had plastic stoppers on the bottom. You put the rocks in them, filled them with water, and shook them so that beads and accessories for building a piece of jewellery would appear from the stones. Any idea what these were called? I think they were around in the late 80's or early 90's. I believe the boxes were black."
Thanks! Kristen
UPDATE!!!
Jennifer and Paula both ID-ed this toy as Treasure Rocks, produced by Hasbro in the early 90's. There were at least eleven different sets.
