Two new releases found:
Toymax Released a few of the dolls (they might seem like knock-offs, but cute anyway):

In Belgium in the shop "Kruidvat" you can buy similar ones. Sadly no idea from which manufacturer.

Update: there is a new series called the 'Wedding Edition'.
These dolls are also from Emco and Haschel Toys.
I bought four of them.
