***UPDATE*** Oh, that is AWESOME! I was just browsing GOTD trying to learn more about Lady Lovely Locks and discovered that this was "Lilysplash" and the thing beside it is its lily pad (upside-down). I do not remember having this toy AT ALL, but it's awesome to know what it is! :D

:D That's cool; I still have my PJ Sparkles doll. It was funny, because I'd told my mom that I remembered having the baby Sparkles, and she told me that I didn't, that it was my friends the twins who'd had it. This picture proved that all three of us did, and I was thus NOT insane. :D
