Title: 1995 Citi toy dolls x2 and now hard faced puppy's (super cute)

No luck yet but I also obtained these and I've got no clue.  The tush tags have been cut.

Hi everyone.
I found these two large dolls and I thought they were sweet scents at first so I grabbed them without thinking.
Well I'm pretty sure there not now that I've looked them over.  I'd love to know what they're called, thanks.

Those dolls strike me as some sort of Strawberry Shortcake/Cherry Merry Muffin knockoff. Heavily CMM.

The dogs are called "Doggy Bags" or something similar- all my stuff i packed up right now for a remodel, so I can't get the exact wording for you.  They originally came in little brown paper bags (doggy bags- get it?).  I believe they are from the early 90s.
