Title: anyone recognize this?

the tag is too faded to show company and year it was made but when you push the "button" on the hand she vibrates and laughs for a few seconds then stops then vibrates and laughs for a few more seconds she's nearly 14 inches and I bought her at a thrift store a couple of years ago.
