Title: Anyone recognize this doll? (93-94)

I came across another picture of a doll I would like to try and ID. This is a spring picture of my sister and she was holding her. Sorry the pic is so bad, if needed I can get out my good camera and take a picture, my scanner is messed up..

She looks to be about 5-6 years old so that was around 93-94..

Umm.. I don't think this doll had multiple outfits.. I know this was the original outfit that she has on in the picture. Thanks, though!

Thanks but no, I don't think it's her.. I've never seen that doll. My sister said that she thinks her hair grew?

Looks like she might be from the Li'l Miss line? Any of these look familiar?

I agree that she looks like a Little Miss something.  She is SOOO familiar.  I feel like I had her, but I can't place what she is.  She also looks kind of like a Mirabelle doll, but I'm 99% sure she's not.
