Title: I need help figuring out what these dolls were called

I had these little plastic dolls when I was little. They ranged from neon pink, orange, purple and yellow. They are similar to M.U.S.C.L.E action figures but are girlie. My daughter found them and is totally into them right now. I can't remember what they are called. Please help!

Lil Babies?? When they were first released they were either white or brown, but they later released them in neon colours. I have some of the original (non neon) ones. Here's a picture of some of mine:
