Title: "A New True Book" Series - Children's Press
Post by: zuse on Sunday 21 April 2013, 01:31 am
I loved these. I remember the non-fiction sections in my school and public libraries were full of them. They were usually the hardcover library editions. I imagine a lot of them have been pruned out over the years as they became dated. They were like little encyclopedia/wikipedia articles about subjects with so many pictures.

I wonder how many there were. I think Scholastic is continuing the series now but it's just not the same.

Just looking at the covers of these makes me happy. :D

I remember those. I think the school library had a whole bunch of them.
