Title: Help with a pregnant Barbie from the late 80's early 90's

Sometime around the early 90's I had a pregnant barbie doll that I'd like to find again...I don't think it was an actual Barbie - I think it was a knock off brand, but they baby was what was most interesting about it. The baby was pretty realistic looking. It looked like a real newborn, had movable arms and legs and was vaguely anatomically correct (from what I remember it had the hint of a penis, but no testicles)
Does this sound familiar to anyone? I'm hoping it was something popular enough that I would be able to get one - but I've had a hard time finding it.
