Title: Beautiful Brown Skin, Brown Haired Doll

I want to identify a beautiful doll from my childhood, but unfortunately I don't have a photo. She was not a fashion doll. She had gorgeous long, dark brown hair and skin, and she wore red overalls with white plastic shoes. She may have even had socks, and she had round, gold plastic earrings in her ears. I think her eyes closed when she was laid down. I'm pretty sure she was soft-bodied and around 12 in tall, but probably shorter. Any help is much appreciated.

Edit: When I said soft-bodied, I meant her torso. Her head, legs, and arms were vinyl.

Around what year was she from?  Was she a baby doll?

Probably around late 90's, early 2000's. She wasn't a baby doll.

Not sure it'll help, but I think she came in an open cardboard package. You know the ones where the doll is not fully enclosed?
