Title: giraffish? now with pictures!

I found a strange plush toy around ten or fifteen years ago. It has a fish body and a giraffe head.
It's around 8" tall, and made of very short pile fur fabric. The giraffe spots are painted on.
The tags say MOC HOUSE (it could be MDC)
I.K.B CO., LTD

So far, I've found nothing about this toy anywhere...

And I agree, he looks kind of startled at being part fish.

Is it possible that he could be a Wuzzles knockoff? That was my first thought anyway. I wonder if there are more?
