I'm just looking for details or purchase links on this doll for my wife.

What a cute little doll! They look similar to Victoria Plum! I think she probably belongs to the "Scented Daisy" line, so you can look those up to try to snag one of these dolls.

Look at the Strawberry Shortcake mold Marmalade Butterfly pet! This helps me solve a mystery I had with a red Marmalade that I found! Awesome!
