This is a funny little cat that my sister found at the thrift store years ago. He looks to me like he's a mascot character from the 80s, but I'm not sure.

There's no tags on him anywhere, but he's pretty distinctive, isn't he?

Not sure if the bib is original, but it came with him and seems to fit him correctly. He's in mint condition... would love to know who he is!
