Title: Mystery Martians

These little guys are so cute, but I can't seem to find any info on them. They remind me a little of the Astroniks, or The Great Gazoo (Hanna Barbera).
On the rim of their heads it says RB & Co., Inc.

I think the RB must be Russ Berrie, but I wonder if they have a specific name for these toys.
