Title: bird help

This Bird was bought in England at a school fair in 2004, I have met many different people who own one but no one seems to know where they came from, It has been to many different countries with me and i would really like to know where its from encase it gets lost. its feet are made of a cheap felt and the rest is just slightly scruffy fur. Any information is greatly appreciated! Thanks. i will post a picture below.
