These are small dolls that remind of me of Mattel dolls from earlier in the 90s (ex. Sally Secrets, Li'l Miss, Li'l Secrets).
There are three different ones described on the back of the packaging (Doll's Body Deco, Make-A-Bracelet, and Cool Extensions).
