Title: What is this?

I received an item in a bucket of random items and dont know what this is or what it goes too. The best description that i can offer without photos is a plastic green log with a suction cup on one end. My best guess is its one piece of a larger toy set probably for the bath. Can you post photos in this forum?

Please help!

You can post photos, but the photos must have been uploaded to flickr or photo bucket first :)
