Title: Help to ID this little dragon figure

Hi everyone!

So i picked up a plastic figure made by Bullyland on the weekend but im having an issue identifying if he is a character from a show or toy line or whether he is just a generic bully figure.

He measures 4 inches in height.

Any help massively appreciated!

It is indeed hard to find anything about this dragon.
What I can tell, is that on the bottom it says 'ZDF' and that is the public television channel in Germany. So maybe a tv-series?

His name is "Wai Wai" from the bamboo bears
