Hi, anyone know who this little cutie is?

Found this girl today at a toy fair. I think she's one of the dolls I've been looking for my whole life. I had a friend who had some when I was about 6, 1995-ish, and I was so jealous. They were twins, or dressed similarly I think. Her neck says Mattel, but has no year.

I believe it is a cherry merry muffin doll.

Her face very much looks like a Cherry Merry Muffin, but she is only 6cm tall. Her clothes are moulded and her limbs are not articulated.

YES!  That's them. Oh my goodness, thank you so much, sweetie.  Shame on me for not finding them on here myself. I thought I'd been through all the pages. I must have confused the name Lil Secrets with something else.
