Title: ID doll, used cold water to clean face and bum

I remember alot about this doll so hopefully some can ID it.
It was about 8" tall (I think) it wore a dress and hat in pink, white & possibly pale blue stripped fabric. and had a white nappy on. (think she came with plate, spoon, bottle, potty and cloth)
The main thing was she had orange and yellow food stains around her mouth, and poop on her bum, which when you wipped with cold water, would dissapear. I think you could also feed her water out of her bottle and she would wee in her potty

I really want to say Baby Uh Oh, but I'm not sure why.

Thanks for you help in trying to identify this doll, But non of them are her either. I bought her from the local newsgent so i'm thinking she wasn't a big toy, more like your cheep pocket money toy.
I think I bought her in about 1990
