hey i recently got a plush tiger he is supposedly " vintage" but i think it is older! it is about 3 feet long the eyes are plastic and similar to the eyes of my possible stieff owl. behind the eyes are light green felt the fabric is a dark orange and fuzzy with dark black stripes. there are no tags on him so i have no clue who made him. there is very little detail on it as well as no threads to make the paws look real. the stuffing in him was combed and cleaned cotton however the cotton is NOT woven like modern ones are. the ears are lined with a very downy like fabric as well as under the chin. i will add pictures later.

Horizon green is my sister I have two fair photos of the tiger plush . The plush is about three feet long from head to tail.

It's hard to tell from the pictures, but it does look like it cold be an older toy, going by the style of eyes and the overall look. What condition is the striped fabric in?
-
the fabric is in good shape but is worn in one place i think a child used to snuggle with it and the tufts in the ear and chin feel like mock rabbit fur. the fabric itself is a nice dark orange but some is faded a little . it looks kinda shiny in the light. it is a tad bit coarser than velvet but very soft and smooth. the felt near the eyes is very fine and very soft to the touch.

NEW UPDATE!! i found out my tiger is from the 1950's but it is NOT a stieff or by dakin so i am guessing it is a five and dime store one.
