Just wondering if anyone has any idea what this teeny pony comb is from...

It's literally teeny, like...2cm across. No marks or dates, it's the same on both sides (aka not one side designed and the other flat). It was in a charity shop box with Doggy Daycare stuff, a few newer Barbie and Polly Pocket items and other Mattel stuff.
