[ID: Bratz Be-Bratz.com Pet - MGA] Help w/ MGA panda figure please!

 Hi!

 I collect small pets like LPS, Bratz & Yummi-land pets, Cutants & Sparklin' pets, etc, and I found this cute little guy at a flea market today. I can't for the life of me figure out where he's from!


 
  He's just a little larger than a Littlest Pet Shop figure, and it says MGA on the back of his head. His head moves from side to side but doesn't bobble.  He doesn't look like any of the Bratz Lil' Angelz or Yummi-land pets. The only thing I can think of is that he might have come w/ one of the regular sized Bratz dolls and not the Lil' Angelz? That's just my guess. Does anyone here know this guy?

i want to say it is certainly form the bratz line but i cant find out what one i am guessing it may be from their baby doll line.
