Not exactly a toy but . . . .
« on: Thursday 22 April 2010, 07:27 am »
Anyone remember Tinkerbell junior toiletries and cosmetics? A line of beauty aids and bath enhancers targeted toward little girls and tweens.
I liked their Brush-On Peel-Off Nail Polish. Looked gorgeous and was so easy to apply and remove! (I liked the red best).
I liked the bath enhancers -- bubble bath, shampoo, and lotion. They all smelled divine.
The flavored stick "pomades" for the lips -- flavored lip glosses, like Lip Smackers only in  lipstick containers instead of chapstick containers. I liked cherry best.
The flavored lip glosses in little round cannisters. They even had an "ice cream parlor" collection, of which I liked the raspberry best.
  Anyone else remember?

omg i remember that :)
i had a little heart shaped handbag (which I gave to a friend not long ago)
it came with a lipstick and nail polish, and i also had a nail polish that was bought seperately. one was red and the other was a sort of sparkly crimson. it was so cute how it peeled off and i remember it smelled really nice ^_^

I remember!  I just found a compact at a thrift store and was really tickled. It still has that old Tinkerbelle scent lingering.  Me and my sister each had a purse, pink and purple.

I use to have an old powder canister my friend gave me a long time ago. I think it got thrown out years ago. It had nice pastel graphics. In the early 90s I got a lipstick with some of those stick on earrings. Too bad the lipstick fell off the bracelet it came on and fell in the dirt  :( Well at least I got to keep the earrings.

I found a Tinkerbell doll on deviantart and the poster said she's from a Tinkerbell make up line. My guess is she's from the line being discussed here. Anyway, She's so pretty. here's a link:

Yes!!! One of My favorites. I'd wish they'd bring it back. It was such a lovely line. I had a perfume and lipgloss. I'd love to even have just the containers or box.

Yes!  I always wondered what they were called!  I used to get the nail polish, and I had a compact, and I think press on nails that changed color.  Sooo cool!

I think I remember that line!

Oh! I have that doll! I don't think she was associated with the line... but I'm not sure.

I remember this make-up.  I was obsessed with make-up as a little girl.  I do remember thinking the perfume smelling terrible however and that it smelled like granny.  ;D

Someone was just asking about this on the MLP forum.  I got really excited because I had forgotten all about it till I read it and it jogged my memory.  I had the set in the bottom left too.  I also had the nail polish and the lip stick but I don't recognize the wallet.  Man, I wish I still had the stuff.  My favorite was the sparkly powder!  Everything smelled so good.
