It definately looks like Baby Katie's kitty.
The plastic they used  for ponies and pony accessories is prone to fading in sunlight or just changing colour over time

I had a doubt because of the orange / pink colour ! It seems to be more pale pink or violet pink on the pictures I saw on the Internet and mine is so orange !  :P
